Dr. Zahra Mohtasham-Amiri, education and research deputy of GRTRC has been introduced as the Guilan's top researcher.

She is also the faculty member of GUMS, Social Medicine Specialist and Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine.

The closing ceremony of 17th Festival onresearch,technology and engineering marketing with presence of executive directors, educators and researchers was held in where she was honored as the top researcher.
