The Tenth Joint Meeting of the Specialized Workgroup on Traffic Accidents Prevention and Management

The tenth joint meeting of the specialized workgroup on traffic accidents prevention and management was held at the conference hall of Deputy of Logistics of GUMS on January 15, 2019.

In the meeting, Dr. Hamid Heidari reviewed the measures taken to achieve the goals of the workgroup. Then, the Red Crescent, the Road Police, and the Road Police, and traffic police officials presented the accidents statistics and their performance by the end of the 9 months of 1397 SH.Then, different aspects of the accident of the overturned bus at Science and Research Branch, Islamic Azad University were discussed, and the session members presented their expert opinions and suggested solutions to prevent such occurrences in Guilan province.

At the end of
the session, proposed traffic accident management plans and measures in Nowruz
98 were expressed. It was agreed that these suggestions should be made
available to the members, and the next meeting should include detailed
suggestions for each organization.
